Meprolight Mepro21 has arrived. I’m happy to report that this little reflex sight is going to be evaluated by me over next 4 weeks. Because of my earlier disappointments with these type of optics (Trijicon RX30), i wasn’t really sold on it. However, after talking to Dima and seeing more and more Russian SF guys running these on their AKs, I have decided to give it a shot. By the way, Dima was exposed to these during one of his training trips to Israel, so he had a chance to test M21s right at the source. As you know we got APEX Gun Parts on board, for “Union Friendly Business” program, and they are offering $50 discount on these to our members, so decision was made on my part and I went for it. I’m absolutely open minded here and I promise to not carry any negative baggage from my “RX30” experience. I have decided to mount M21 on one of my 5.45 rifles, but this sight will migrate from rifle to rifle and it will be exposed to 7.62 caliber as well. Stay tuned for more updates on this. – Rob Ski
