I have this feeling that IL lawmakers are in competition with CA lawmakers, about who is more stupid…and so far, they are all “winners”…
Illinois state Senate voted 43-11 to pass a bill containing egregious violations of your rights. House Amendment 2 to House Bill 2354 allows Second Amendment rights to be revoked without due process…
Bill, sponsored by Rep. Kathleen Willis (D-77), would allow for the issuance of protective orders to infringe on Second Amendment rightsbased on third party allegations with little, if any, real evidence and limited “due process” for the respondent. Hearings for the orders would be ex parte, where the respondent is not present to challenge the accuser and defend against allegations made against them. The issuance of an order would immediately prohibit the respondent from exercising their Second Amendment rights.
Please contact Gov. Rauner TODAY and urge him to VETO HA 2 to HB 2354!

    Our gov of Oregon signed a law like this last year. NRA wrote a please don’t do this letter to her, but it became law anyway. I’ll be out of Oregon (my home state) within 2 months. So glad I’m not in my twenty’s.

      Hey Tim there is plenty of room here in North Dakota. Lots of jobs and constitutional carry.
