Facebook recently tighten up screws on pro gun pages. According to their new user policy amendment, basically posting any adds for selling weapons is prohibited. Since that change, anti 2A people are terrorizing pro 2A Facebook pages, by falsifying reports and accusing pro gun page owners of running “gun sales adds”…Facebook relies heavily on automated system, so when enough of complains is registered by their server, page is automatically removed from the net…It stays that way until finally some human Facebook employee have a chance to scan removed page and evaluate validity of accusations…As consequence, we could see lately purging of pro gun pages, like ARegularGuy page…there is no way to prevent this from happening and anti gun crowd for sure enjoys doing it. I highly encourage everyone to register at our blog, to simply stay in touch with us, in case of our Facebook page would get “hit”…

I THINK ITS TIME WE ALL GET RID OF THE FACEBOOK. DELETE IT AND TELL THEM EXACTLY WHY. I DELETED MINE OVER A YEAR AGO. COULDNT BE HAPPIER

Rob, I’m huge fan of your blog and videos but I really hate facebook and refuse to join that Socialist echochamber. As a frequent visitor of the AKOU blog, I’d love to see more of the content you’d normally post to FB here on your blog.

To fellow AK’ers: stop supporting FB and making Zuckerberg rich by profiting from selling your private info. If they want to make FB a “gun free zone” fine, let it become just a bunch of whinney collectivist complainers all whinning to each other. Let’s build up pro gun sites like this one and Full30, etc.

Facebook is a great tool both for and against those of us who support the 2A. It would be a shame to loose influence in one of the most popular social media platforms. If they purge enough responsible, pro-2A people from the site then the overly-zealous left will have free reign to spread their ideologies to the always growing population of Facebook users.

It’s pretty simple, fight burning oxygen with burning oxygen; for the pro 2a users of FB, go start flagging the anti 2A groups. When their groups start getting taken down, they’ll be pretty miffed at the process to get it re-instated.

I shut down my FB account about 18 months ago and haven’t looked back. I use Twitter, it’s the least censored social media out their that has a lot of users.

I notice many 2a companies I follow on Twitter also use Instagram. Instagram is owned by FB…. lulz.

I deactivated my Facebook account almost a week ago over for this reason. Next I’ll be deleting it all together. I just have to save all my info from there and I’m out. It sucks because it’s very convenient to contact family for away for a quick conversation and checking in with them. I can’t support it any longer. They are against us, and we are the resistance! I’ll be hiding out here from now on.
